By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Definitions

"InStoAds" – The company providing advertising services through branded napkins.
"Advertiser" – Any business or individual purchasing advertising space on InStoAds napkins.
"Restaurant Partner" – Any restaurant receiving and distributing branded napkins.
"User" – Advertisers, restaurant partners, or any entity interacting with our services.

Eligibility & Registration

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into agreements.
Advertisers and restaurant partners must provide accurate business details during registration.
InStoAds reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any registration.

Services Provided

Advertisers purchase ad space, and their branded napkins are distributed at selected restaurant locations.
Restaurant Partners receive free branded napkins under advertiser sponsorship and must use them in regular service.

Advertiser Terms

Advertising Content & Compliance

Advertisements must be legal, ethical, and non-offensive.
Prohibited content includes:
Hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
Promotion of illegal substances, gambling, alcohol, or adult content.
False claims or misleading advertising.
InStoAds reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any advertisement that violates these guidelines.

Payment & Refund Policy

Advertisers must pay in full before campaign activation.
Refunds are only available for cancellations within 48 hours of payment (subject to a 25% processing fee).
No refunds will be issued once napkins have been printed.

QR Code & External Links

Advertisers can include a QR code linking to external content.
The linked website must be secure (HTTPS) and free from harmful content.
InStoAds is not responsible for third-party websites or the actions of users who visit them.

No Performance Guarantee

InStoAds does not guarantee specific customer engagement, sales, or conversions from advertisements.

Restaurant Partner Terms

Napkin Supply & Usage

Restaurants receive free branded napkins under active advertising campaigns.
Napkins must be used exclusively for restaurant operations and cannot be resold or misused.

Partnership Termination

InStoAds may terminate a restaurant’s participation if napkins are:
- Disposed of before use or intentionally misused.
- Altered or modified without authorization.
- Used for unauthorized business activities.

Intellectual Property Rights

Advertisers own their respective trademarks, logos, and ad content.
By submitting ad content, advertisers grant InStoAds a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to print and distribute their content.
Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any InStoAds materials without permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

InStoAds collects and processes user data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
We do not share user data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

InStoAds is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from ad campaigns.
Minor variations in printing or distribution delays may occur and are not grounds for a refund.

Dispute Resolution

Users must first attempt to resolve disputes through written communication with InStoAds.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of [Insert Location].
